10-Year-Old Charged with Killing a 90-Year-Old Woman, Will Be Tried as Adult

Mediaite.com:
A ten-year-old boy has been charged with homicide after he confessed to killing a 90-year-old woman. And because minors cannot be given such charges, the boy is being tried as an adult.

Tristen Kurilla, according to police, was visiting his grandfather, when he got into some kind of dispute with 90-year-old Helen Novak. And then he attacked her, put a cane around her throat, and punched her throat a number of times.

Novak died, and Kurilla is being held in custody. He said he only meant to hurt the old woman, not to kill her. He will be charged as an adult.
He knew what he was doing and 99.9% of 10-year-olds don't kill people when they get upset. I say give this budding sociopath life in prison without parole.

LAPD Offers $50,000 in Slaying of Transgender Woman Because It's The Politically Correct Thing To Do

TheRoot.com:
The last time anyone saw Aniya Knee Parker was when she was picked up on surveillance video about 3 a.m. on Oct. 2 on a street corner in East Hollywood, Calif. That’s when she was engaged in a struggle with three men over her purse and then shot dead as she tried to run away, police say, according to Los Angeles Times.

Now the Los Angeles Police Department is offering $50,000 to tipsters who help lead to the arrest of the assailants, the paper says.

“This is one of those unfortunate crimes that we’re going to solve with the community’s help,” LAPD Division Capt. Brian Pratt said during a press conference Friday at City Hall, the paper writes.
Parker, 47, who was transgender, may also have been targeted because of her identity, Christopher Argyros, manager of the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Anti-Violence Project, told the Times, saying that transgender people are often victims of violence.

“We believe it is very possibly Ms. Parker was targeted because of her identity,” Argyros said to the paper. He said Los Angeles is home to one of the largest transgender communities in the U.S., whose members are often on alert.
Can't imagine them offering $50,000 for a normal, missing, black woman. But hey that's the price you pay when you allow the same Godless, white liberals you worship to manipulate you and treat you like second-class miscreants.

Sign Petition To Keep Murderer/Rapist Vanessa Coleman In Prison

Change.org:
On the evening of January 6, 2007, Christopher Newsom and his girlfriend Channon Christian made dinner plans and then were to go to a friend’s house to watch a movie. They would never be seen alive again. Now one of their killers is eligible for parole.
When Chris went to pick Channon up at a friend’s apartment complex, they were carjacked by multiple assailants. What followed was one of the most heinous, gruesome, and senseless crimes in Tennessee history. The couple were taken to a house in East Knoxville and held against their will where they were brutally tortured and raped for hours.
The details of their torture are so graphic and heartbreaking that I won’t go into much detail beyond this: After being tortured, Christopher Newsom was killed execution style by multiple gunshots before his attackers poured gasoline on his body and set him on fire. Channon Christian had bleach poured down her throat and on her body before being wrapped in plastic bags and placed in a garbage can in the kitchen of the house—all of this while she was still alive.  Her last minutes on earth were spent slowly suffocating in a garbage can.
The five people responsible for these heinous crimes are: Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas, Vanessa Coleman and Eric Boyd. Boyd was given 18 years and the others will likely remain behind bars for the rest of their lives but incredibly, Vanessa Coleman had her sentence reduced by a third after a retrial and is set to go before the Tennessee Board of Paroles in early December, 2014.
Vanessa Coleman went into prison with a 35 year sentence. However, due to prison overcrowding she has to serve only 30% of her sentence before being eligible for a parole hearing. In addition to her sentence being effectively reduced by 70% she has been accumulating additional time toward an early release, up to a possible 192 days per year for good behavior.
During the course of Coleman's trial evidence was presented from her diary entry dated 3 days after the murder. For her part in the torture, rape, and murders she wrote: “I’ve had one HELL OF AN ADVENTURE since I’ve been in the big TN. It’s a crazy world these days! But I love the fun adventures and lessons that I’ve learned. Its going to be a long interesting year! Ha! Ha!”
Please sign this petition and help the families of Christopher Newsom and Channon Christian keep Vanessa Coleman, Offender #473393 in prison for as long as possible.
The race hustlers like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, the NAACP, Eric Holder and Marc Lamont Hill, et al, who don't believe in personal responsibility and believe that due to racism black people should always get free passes when they commit crimes, will surely want to see Vanessa Coleman freed, but you can make a difference so that doesn't happen anytime soon by signing the petition.

Texas Jury Finds David Barajas Sr. Not Guilty In Mysterious Shooting of Drunk Driver Who Killed His Two Sons

KWTX.com:
Jurors Wednesday in Angleton returned a not guilty verdict in the murder trial of David Barajas, Sr., who was charged in the shooting death of a suspected drunken driver whose car struck and killed Barajas’ two young sons.

Barajas cried when the verdict was read Wednesday.

He could have been sentenced to as much as life in prison had he been convicted.

Prosecutors alleged that Barajas killed Jose Banda, 20, in a fit of rage after Banda’s car plowed into Barajas and his sons while they were pushing a broken down pickup on a road near their hometown of Alvin.
The two boys, David, Jr., 12, and Caleb, 11, were killed.
Hey, good for him. People who drive drunk are scumbags and the laws aren't nearly tough enough on them.

Richard Martinez, California Shooting Victim’s Father Goes Off on ‘Idiots’ in Congress: ‘Have We Learned Nothing’ Since Newtown?

As long as you have extremists on both sides, more interested in their self-serving ideology than actually saving lives, the chances on there being any significant change on gun control in the near future is between nil and none. That being said, maybe somebody should hip Richard Martinez to the Safe to Tell Hotline, now instituted in Colorado, as an answer--considering all the videos/red flags this killer/idiot/coward gave out before he went on his mass shooting spree, perhaps Safe to Tell could've worked in this situation and prevented the deaths of the innocent lives now lost:
Following his impassioned words against the NRA during Saturday afternoon’s press conference, Richard Martinez, father of Chris Martinez, one of the people shot and killed by Elliot Rodger Friday evening, spoke to CNN about his loss and what he plans to do to help prevent even more incidents like this one.

“He’s our only child and he died on Friday. I’m 61 years old now. I’ll never have another child and he’s gone,” Martinez said through tears. “So the reason I’m doing this to try to see if we can do anything to make my son’s death mean something. Because that’s all we have got.”

Martinez castigated the media for focusing on the shooter while ignoring the victims. “If there’s all these things in the media about the shooter, and there’s nothing about the victims, then it sends the wrong message and the people need to understand that real people died here,” he said.

When he was asked about Congress’ lack of action on guns following the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, Martinez asked in return, “What kind of message does it send to the world when we have such a rudderless bunch of idiots in government? I can’t tell you how angry I am it’s just awful!”

He continued, growing more heated and hysterical with every word:
“What has changed? Have we learned nothing? These things are going to continue until somebody does something, so where the hell is the leadership? Where the hell are these people we elect to Congress that we spend so much money on? These people are getting rich sitting in Congress, what do they do? They don’t take care of our kids.
My kid died because nobody responded to what happened at Sandy Hook. Those parents lost little kids. It’s bad enough that I lost my 20-year-old, but I had 20 years with my son, that’s all I’ll have. But those people lost their children at six and seven years old. How do you think they feel? And who’s talking to them now? Who is doing anything for them now? Who is standing up for those kids that died back then in an elementary school? Why wasn’t something done? It’s outrageous!”
As the video shows, Martinez continued to rail against a system that he believes failed to protect his son along with so many others, but, for now, CNN cut away to commercial.

Ohio Court Forbids Deadbeat Dad From Having More Kids

USAToday.com:
Asim Taylor owes about $100,000 in child support, and an appeals court in Ohio has upheld an unusual sentence meant to make sure that bill doesn't grow: Justices reaffirmed that the Elyria man can't have any more kids until he pays up, reports the local Chronicle-Telegram.

That means Taylor, who is in his mid-30s and has fathered four children, could go to jail if he impregnates someone during the five years he's on probation, 19 Action News reports. He plans to appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court on the grounds that he has a constitutional right to procreate, says his attorney.

The appeals court didn't address the legal merits of the original 2013 court order, saying it didn't have the necessary information—specifically a pre-sentencing report — to do so, reports AP.

But one of the three judges wrote a separate opinion that backed up the reasoning. "Where, as here, the defendant has demonstrated a long-term refusal to support multiple children by multiple women notwithstanding his ability to work and contribute something for their care, an anti-procreation condition is reasonably related to future criminality."
